TERRA+ pre-insulated corrugated stainless-steel pipes
A flexible solution that pays off
Introduce a solution that shortens installation time and eliminates the risk of leaks. TERRA+ is a ready-made, pre-insulated corrugated stainless-steel pipe connecting an air-to-water heat pump to the building installation. Extra pipe ends (25–30 cm) make difficult connections accessible — without a saw, heat gun or additional tools.

Maximum flexibility — extended pipe ends (25–30 cm) and minimum bending radii from 0.20 m simplify installation in hard-to-reach places.- Maximum tightness — patented double-seal technology (metal-to-metal + elastomer); every pipe is helium-tested for 100% tightness.
- Full standards compliance — 100% insulation compliant with GEG, ÖNORM H 5155 and PN-EN 253 and approved for underground installation.
- High-temperature resistance — elastomer up to 150°C, stainless steel 1.4301 and CW612N brass.
- High corrosion resistance — no risk of embrittlement typical of plastic pipes.
- Easy installation — no cutting, heating or gluing and no specialist tools.

TERRA+
4 variants for every application
TERRA+ is available in four insulation variants, allowing the protection level to be matched to the application (for example, an underground line requires more insulation than one inside a building).
Variant 1 — 100% insulation, 2× corrugated pipe + 2× protective pipe, DN25–DN50.- Variant 2 — 50% insulation, 2× corrugated pipe + 2× protective pipe, DN25–DN50.
- Variant 3 — 200% insulation, 1× corrugated pipe, DN25–DN50.
- Variant 4 — 200% insulation, 1× corrugated pipe + 1× protective pipe, DN25–DN50.
- Standard lengths: 2–16 m in 1 m increments; special lengths up to the maximum insulated length (DN25: 100 m, DN32: 74 m, DN40: 59 m, DN50: 45 m).
